Bio
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Grant was involved in the business development of OEM peripherals including laser printers, ink jet, flat panel displays and optical drives. He has also worked in the product development and marketing of color laser printers and color multifuction products (MFP).

Mr. Grant enjoys providing data to help clients make the best business decisions possible for their long and short-term printing strategies. He also enjoy defining what's driving and inhibiting growth and change in this market, and helping clients execute efficiently to meet their growth objectives.

Ken Weilerstein
Research Vice President and Gartner Analyst
 

Role/Responsibility
Ken Weilerstein is a research vice president specializing in document-related technologies. He closely tracks the printer, MFP and electronic output industries. Mr. Weilerstein advises Gartner's thousands of end-user clients on these subjects, helping them make decisions and prepare their strategic plans. He also takes the lead role in setting the agenda for print and related subject for Gartner's end-user clients. Mr. Weilerstein speaks at Gartner conferences and at other industry conferences, such as XPLOR.

Bio
Mr. Weilerstein has 16 years of experience as a computer industry analyst for printers and optical storage. Prior to joining Gartner, he was a computer industry analyst for McGraw-Hill. His previous experience was in technical documentation and sales.

Mr. Weilerstein finds the most rewarding part of his job is being able to help so many of Gartner's numerous clients on a one-to-one basis.

Ms. Shegda has nearly two decades of experience in tracking and analyzing specific products and vendors in technologies such as document imaging, integrated document management software and document-centric workflow. Ms. Shegda has contributed numerous articles to industry trade publications and has spoken at various industry trade shows, user forums and conferences, including the Association for Information and Image Management, Documation, Government Imaging, INFOIMAGEM (Brazil) and ImagingExpo.

I greatly enjoy assisting Gartner clients in understanding enterprise content management technologies and the benefits from adopting them. By helping Gartner clients through the vendor/product selection process I can provide real and tangible value to their business.
