Terms of Participation:

Delegate is solely responsible for all property and personal possessions he/she brings to an Event, and for insuring such property from all loss or damage. Because Gartner does not own or control the Event site, Gartner will not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or destruction to Delegate's property, or injury to Delegate's person, unless such damage or loss is caused by Gartner's negligence or willful misconduct.

Delegate shall be solely liable for any damage he/she causes to building floors, walls, or columns, standard booth equipment, or to other Event Sponsors or Event attendees. Delegate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gartner and its respective directors, officers, employees and agents, against all third party claims, losses and damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to Delegate's negligence or willful misconduct in connection with an Event.

To help ensure that Print & Imaging Summit, remains the premier Event for all attendees, Gartner requires all Delegates to participate in the entire Event. In exchange for the participation package, Delegate agrees to permit his/her name, job title and general office number ("Delegate Details") to be published in the relevant event materials. Delegate also agrees to attend all his/her scheduled private boardroom appointments, World premieres and prescheduled one-on-ones, and Delegate is encouraged to attend all event-sponsored evening social functions as well. If Delegate does not agree to the aforementioned conditions, Gartner reserves the right to charge Delegate for any or all of the participation package.
