BADGE FORM DEADLINE: October 31, 2008 Registration is required for all Exhibitor participants and badges must be worn at all times during Print & Imaging Summit. Each participating Exhibitor company is designated a Badge allotment based on the Exhibitor Package contracted. Please refer to your signed contract for details. Management, Sales and Marketing Representatives, Manufacturer's Representatives, Consultants, and others affiliated with your company are included in your Badge allotment. Additional Badges are subject to approval, and will incur an additional charge of $1,000 per badge. Each Exhibitor company representative must sign-in to retrieve a Badge at the Registration Desk onsite. A photo ID or business card will be required at Sign-in. Badges are nontransferable, and "badge passing" is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the badge. Lost badges or registration materials will incur additional charges.
