Peter Grant
Peter Grant is managing vice president in Gartner, where he is responsible for leading the global print markets team in Gartner's Technology and Service Provider Research organization. His team focuses on production, office and consumer products including printers, copiers, multifunction products (MFPs), software, services and emerging technologies. Mr. Grant presents at The Print & Imaging Summit, Gartner's Document Solution Seminar in Tokyo, Japan and the Xplor Show.

Ken Weilerstein
Ken Weilerstein is a research vice president specializing in document-related technologies. He closely tracks the printer, MFP and electronic output industries. Mr. Weilerstein advises Gartner's thousands of end-user clients on these subjects, helping them make decisions and prepare their strategic plans. He also takes the lead role in setting the agenda for print and related subject for Gartner's end-user clients. Mr. Weilerstein speaks at Gartner conferences and at other industry conferences, such as XPLOR.

Mr. Weilerstein has 16 years of experience as a computer industry analyst for printers and optical storage. Prior to joining Gartner, he was a computer industry analyst for McGraw-Hill. His previous experience was in technical documentation and sales.

Pete Basiliere
Pete Basiliere is research director for Hardware & Systems in Gartner Research, based in New Hampshire. Since joining Gartner in 2006, Mr Basiliere has focused on providing research, insight and advice on production printing systems and applications including best practices, market strategies and technology trends.

Mr. Basiliere has more than 10 years of experience in production printing IT and operations management. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Basiliere served as operation manager for the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group. Before joining Liberty Mutual, he worked for InfoTrends/CAP ventures and PEP Direct in operational and senior consultant positions. Mr. Basiliere is also the author of Diversifying with Mail and Fulfillment Services: Unlocking Hidden Profit Potential (NAPL, 2005) and Successful Print Buying: A Guide to the Cost-Effective Procurement of Printing (NAPL, 2003). He holds a BA from Bates College and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire.

Don Dixon
Don Dixon is a research director and agenda manager in Gartner Research, based in Monroe, North Carolina. Since joining Gartner in 1999, Mr. Dixon has focused on providing insight into the market dynamics that drive the input and output spaces. Mr. Dixon's research provides vendor market share, market sizing, forecast, trends analysis, buying patterns and all factors influencing the output markets.

Mr. Dixon has more than 20 years of experience in IT, specializing in output technologies, including copier, fax, multifunction (MFP) and printing products and processes, as well as training development, training process improvement, curriculum development and field support benchmark processes. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Dixon served as manager of the Curriculum Development Department of Ricoh Corporation's Service Education Division. In that role, he managed a staff of eight writers and instructional developers, and he was responsible for the effective and efficient development of all training and collateral material for Ricoh copiers, facsimile machines, printers, digital duplicators, scanners and wide-format printers. Before joining Ricoh, he worked for Canon USA in several technical and supervisory positions.

Tosh Prabhakar

Tosh Prabhakar is a Senior Research Analyst in Gartner where he is part of the Printing Markets and Management group. He is responsible for researching the EMEA markets for digital output products in both consumer and office sectors with particular emphasis on the convergence of print, copy, fax and scan technologies and workflows. Tosh has special interest in the adoption of fax (core) workflows into the scan and capture solutions.

Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Prabhakar worked with a consumer electronics organization, specializing in the audio and visual home entertainment markets within an advisory and consultancy role for the end user.

 

Toby Bell

Toby Bell is a vice president in Gartner Research, responsible for a range of document and content management technologies for the High Performance Workplace group. Some key areas of coverage include vendors and trends in the enterprise content management (ECM) marketplace, business process management (BPM) as it applies to enterprise content (CEVA/WEBA), and content strategy, valuation, mining and analytics.
